Fiber + Pop Art handmade with love in Davis, CA by Melissa & Iddy

Schiller Crafts was born out of a love for making cozy, colorful things for friends. Melissa Schiller, owner and head crafter originally from Irvine, has been knitting and crocheting for 10 years while working in screen printing shops and substitute teaching. In fall 2019, Melissa and their partner Iddy Mendoza (from Woodland) started vending at the Davis Craft & Vintage Fair with one table of knit beanies and one table of CDs and hand-printed shirts promoting their bands.

A fun way to showcase their creative endeavors transformed into a full-blown business when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and shut down local schools. Since then, Melissa has been focusing their efforts on growing Schiller Crafts in Davis and beyond, and Iddy's vibrant pop art paintings and artfully designed block prints have joined the product collection!

  • Current Turnaround Time

    Orders containing made-to-order items ship 5-10 business days after purchase (depending on order size). Orders with only ready-to-ship items usually take 1-3 business days to ship out! Orders containing both MTO and RTS items will ship in one package once MTO items are completed. Business days are Monday through Saturday.

  • Shipping Info

    Most packages under 1 lb ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and over 1 lb ships USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping options for USPS or UPS are available upon checkout.
